The Vitamin Sea clinical facial treatment is only offered at Miami Beach’s most beloved spas, McAllister Spa and is the “must-have” treatment for all skin types looking to jump start their skin care routine. This facial is meant to detoxify, rebalance, and heal all skin types with the use of SkinCeuticals scientifically tested ingredient formulations with the added benefit of botanical extracts and minerals.
A Unique Spa Experience
Our cleanse is not just any cleanse. You will begin to unwind as our skilled aestheticians double cleanse your face, neck and décolleté with gentle, yet effective SkinCeuticals cleansers. The line’s MicroPolish will be incorporated to effectively and gently exfoliate away dead skin and impurities with the use of alumina crystals. While the product’s diatomaceous earth which is rich in magnesium, iron and calcium will also absorb toxins and sebum found on the skin’s surface; while brown algae aids as an anti-inflammatory.
You will feel your body start to unwind and your mind relax as we move onto our impurity removal massage for the face, neck, and décolleté. Various products and ingredients are used in lieu of a traditional massage cream in order to effectively soften the sebum found in the pores and make extractions easier and less painful.
After extractions we immediately cool then sanitize the skin to bring down any discoloration and irritation in the skin. SkinCeuticals Phyto+ botanical gel is used to treat bacteria and hyperpigmentation found in the skin. Kojic and arbutin are natural tyrosinase inhibitors while cucumber and thyme extracts are anti-inflammatory and antiseptic which makes this an ideal product for all skin types, especially those with hyperpigmentation. This botanical serum is in a hyaluronic acid base which gives the skin ample hydration.
The skin then gets an extra dose of hydration and comfort from SkinCeuticals BioCellulose Masque. This one-time use, sterile masque incorporate biocellulose plant fibers that have been impregnated with sterile water to calm and cool the skin. Once the mask is removed the skin appears renewed and calm.
Next SkinCeuticals Vitamin C Firming Masque treatment is applied and after removal it is immediately obvious how much clearer and radiant the skin is after ascorbic acid, aloe extract, and allantoin go to work to help repair the skin and clear it of cellular debris.
We then finish off the treatment with the application of SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic. This revolutionary triple antioxidant formulation with 15% pure l-ascorbic acid, 1% alpha tocopherol, and ferulic acid provides 8-times the skin’s natural photo aging protection; protecting the skin from harmful free radicals and UV damage. After CE Ferulic is absorbed into the skin we finish off out Vitamin Sea facial with the use of SkinCeuticals botanical and mineral rich moisturizer, Emollience. This moisturizer was formulated with exclusive selection of natural extracts and oils such as grapseseed oil, rose hip oil, and macadamia ternifolia nut oil, rosemary, kelp, and golden seal extracts in order to heal and moisturize the skin. This product has carefully selected and harvested extracts of brown and red sea algae found off the coast of Brazil. These sea algae extracts are carefully selected through a proprietary extraction process which ensures proper skin hydration and delivers nutrients such as amino acids, proteins, minerals, and vitamins to the skin.
