Most men don't want a dramatic haircut. They want the same good haircut, reliably, from someone who remembers what they asked for last time — and they want it to still look deliberate a few weeks in, not like it's waiting to be fixed. That's a cutting problem, and it's solved with shape and texture rather than speed. Our stylists cut men's hair the way they cut everything else here: slowly enough to get the line right, with a plan for how it grows out.

We are not a barbershop, and it is worth saying plainly. What we do is a salon men's cut: scissor work and shape by Senior, Master and Director stylists, fades and tapers included, grey blended rather than blocked, from $65, with a free consultation first. If you want a cut that still looks deliberate three weeks later, and a place that is open on Sunday and Monday when most barbers are not, this is it.

It's the service men ask about most and mention least. The goal is almost never zero gray — it's less gray, with enough natural variation that nobody can point to what changed. We do it with the same professional color lines behind our color work generally, and we'll tell you honestly at a free consultation how often it needs revisiting to stay believable.

Common Questions
How much should I tip for a men's haircut?
Eighteen to twenty percent of the ticket, the same as any other service here. The old habit of leaving a flat five or ten dollars on a men's cut comes from a time when men's cuts were priced like one, and it lands well under the standard on a ticket at this level — work the percentage instead. If somebody else shampooed you, a couple of dollars to them directly is the usual courtesy. Regulars who see the same stylist every three weeks often round up at Christmas rather than adding to every visit, which is also fine.
Do I need an appointment, or do you take walk-ins?
Walk-ins are welcome whenever the floor allows, seven days a week. Texting (305) 604-0550 a few minutes ahead is the surest way to skip a wait — and unlike much of Miami Beach, we're open Sundays and Mondays, which is when a lot of men actually have time for a haircut.
What's the difference between a salon cut and a barber cut?
A barber's training centers on clippers, fades, and shaving. A salon stylist's training centers on cutting hair to a shape — scissor work, texture, and how a cut grows out over the following weeks. Neither is better in the abstract; if you want a tight skin fade, a barber is your specialist, and if you want a cut with shape that still looks deliberate three weeks later, that's what we do.
Can you cover my gray so it doesn't look obvious?
Yes — men's gray coverage is a published service on our menu, starting at $55, and subtlety is the entire point. Most men want less gray rather than none, so our colorists typically blend rather than block it out, leaving natural variation so nothing announces itself. It's the same team and the same professional color lines behind our high-end women's color work.
