William McAllister
More than a decade ago, William McAllister hatched an idea to disrupt the beauty salon industry in Miami Beach. He contemplated what salons once were in years gone by, and yearned to recapture their unique contributions to both personal beauty and community. He drew from a unique background — spanning neurophysiology, business, and firefighting — to transform his family's ancestral hotel property into one of the most popular hair and beauty hubs in Miami Beach's Flamingo neighborhood.
Indulge Magazine highlighted the story: at just 35 years old, McAllister applied his analytical, science-driven mind to create the ultimate salon experience. His attention to detail didn't go unnoticed — after just a few visits, the team behind “The Villa by Barton G.” commissioned him to oversee all of their spa services.
In the years since, McAllister Spa has forged deep relationships with respected beauty brands — Goldwell, Kevin.Murphy, KMS California, SkinCeuticals, and Dermalogica — and built a team recruited from around the globe. Today, McAllister Spa is more than a salon; it's a haven of transformation, staffed by expert stylists, colorists, nail technicians, and estheticians dedicated to bringing out your best self.
