William McAllister
More than a decade ago, William McAllister set out to disrupt the beauty salon industry in Miami Beach. He drew on a background spanning neurophysiology, business and firefighting to build one of the most popular hair and beauty hubs in the Flamingo neighborhood. Why he wanted to is a longer story, and it starts with the McAllister Hotel.
Indulge Magazine highlighted the story: at just 35 years old, McAllister applied his analytical, science-driven mind to create the ultimate salon experience. His attention to detail didn't go unnoticed — after just a few visits, the team behind “The Villa by Barton G.” commissioned him to oversee all of their spa services.
In the years since, McAllister Spa has forged deep relationships with respected beauty brands — Goldwell, Kevin.Murphy, Davines and SkinCeuticals — and built a team recruited from around the globe. Today, McAllister Spa is more than a salon; it's a haven of transformation, staffed by expert stylists, colorists, nail technicians, and estheticians dedicated to bringing out your best self.
