Jessica's Story
Jessica is a Master Colorist with more than twenty years in the industry, and balayage is what guests request her for.
She also takes color correction, which is the hardest work any color room does: undoing a box dye, lifting out a band, cooling a tone that went brassy somewhere else. It is chemistry before it is aesthetics, and it is the appointment where hearing the honest timeline matters more than hearing what you hoped for.
