A lot of standing appointments. SoFi residents are locals rather than visitors, which means color maintenance on a schedule, gray coverage that has to be consistent every six weeks, and the same stylist every time. It is the neighborhood most likely to book the next appointment before leaving the chair.

South Pointe Park fills the island's southern tip, and its pier looks straight out over Government Cut, the channel the cruise ships take in and out of PortMiami.
