Miami Art Week is the busiest seven days on our calendar and the one week nobody should be working out a beauty schedule on the fly. McAllister Spa is at 1301 Alton Road, minutes from the Convention Center, open every day of the week at our regular prices. Here is the plan, early enough to use.

Book your blowout and event-styling days. Thursday–Saturday of Art Week go first.
Blowouts from $70, updos from $125 →Two weeks before
Keratin or smoothing, so it has settled and survives a week of humidity and late nights.
Keratin & smoothing from $275 →The week before (Nov 23–29)
Color, balayage, gloss. Fresh but not raw by opening night.

HydraFacial, for skin that photographs at a vernissage.

- When is Art Basel Miami Beach 2026?
- Miami Art Week runs Monday, November 30 through Sunday, December 6, 2026, with the Art Basel fair itself at the Miami Beach Convention Center on December 4–6. The openings, satellite fairs and parties start Monday night, which is why the beauty schedule starts the week before.
- How far is McAllister Spa from the Convention Center?
- Under a mile. We are at 1301 Alton Road in the Flamingo neighborhood, with free parking on site — a short ride or a long walk from the fair, and closer than most of the hotels people stay in that week.
- Are prices higher during Art Basel?
- No. Art Week runs at our regular published prices, seven days a week. The one exception on our calendar is New Year's Eve, which has its own event-day menu; Art Basel is not it.
- When should I book for Art Week?
- Blowouts and event styling: two weeks ahead, and pick your days now — Thursday through Saturday go first. Color and balayage: the week before, so it has settled by the openings. Keratin and smoothing: two weeks before. HydraFacial: two or three days before your first event. Nails: the day before, or the morning of.
- Do you take walk-ins during Art Week?
- When the floor allows, and that week it rarely does. Text us; if there is a chair the same day you will hear back the same day. Booking ahead is the honest answer.
- Can you do hair for several people from one party?
- Yes. Text us the head count, the day and the time you need to be out the door, and we will block the chairs. Group blowouts and updos run side by side. Groups are routine that week; the earlier you text, the better the slots.
