Miami Boat Show 2027 — A Beauty Plan for the Week

The Miami International Boat Show is not a beauty event, which is exactly why people get caught out by it. Five days of client dinners, deck parties and open water is a harder week on your hair than any single gala.

The dates

February 10–14, 2027. Five days, and the hotels fill across the whole Beach rather than one district. If you are here for the show, you are almost certainly staying within a couple of miles of us.

Salt air is the whole problem

Everything that makes the show enjoyable is rough on hair. Salt water and sun lift the cuticle and strip moisture. Wind on a deck undoes any style built for indoors. And February in Miami is mild but still humid enough that hair which behaves in a hotel lobby will not behave on a boat.

This is why the single most useful booking for Boat Show week happens before it: a smoothing treatment. An express keratin blowout starts from $275, and a Brazilian Blowout or Goldwell Kerasilk from $350. The point is not straight hair — it is hair that survives five consecutive days of salt and wind without a fight every morning. Book it at least two weeks ahead, because these treatments want time to settle and have aftercare rules in the first days.

Our full guide to smoothing and keratin options covers which one suits which hair.

The week itself

Client dinners are the real calendar. Most people at the show have more evening obligations than daytime ones, and they stack. A blowout starts from $70 and is the service we can most often fit same-day — text (305) 604-0550 a few minutes ahead and we will tell you honestly whether now works.

Nails take the beating nobody plans for. Ropes, cleats, rails, salt. A gel manicure from $49 or a powder dip at $65 holds up considerably better through a week on the water than regular polish will.

A HydraFacial is the recovery move. Sun and salt dehydrate skin at a level moisturizer does not reach. The Signature HydraFacial at $185 has no downtime, which is why it works on a morning between show days rather than needing a clear afternoon.

If you are visiting

We are at 1301 Alton Road, a short drive from the Convention Center and the marina venues, and — the part that matters during a week when every garage on the Beach is full — parking in our own lot is free.

We are open seven days a week, including the Sunday and Monday that bookend the show, when much of Miami Beach is closed. Walk-ins are welcome whenever the floor allows.

The fastest way to get a real answer before you come in: text a photo of your hair to (305) 604-0550 and we will quote you first.

For locals working the show

If you are exhibiting or crewing, your problem is different — you need something that holds for five days with no time to maintain it. That argues for a cut with a shape that works air-dried, and for smoothing done the week before rather than a style that needs twenty minutes every morning. Tell us that is the plan at the consultation and we will build for it.

The rest of the season is on our Miami Beach calendar, and every service and starting price sits on the full menu. Free consultation, seven days a week.
